Overview

Didot is a marketplace for AI-native design system and workflow bundles. By using Didot you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance.

For buyers

By completing a purchase you receive a license to use the files according to the license type shown on the listing (commercial or personal). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files to others.

Digital download links are valid for 24 hours from generation. Links shared via the “Copy link” feature are single-use and expire after one access. You may generate a fresh link at any time from your purchases page.

You may sign in using email and password, Google, or Apple. By using a social login provider you agree to that provider’s terms of service.

Refund policy

Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final by default. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase from your purchases page. Requests are reviewed manually and we aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunded orders have their download access revoked.

Refund requests will not be approved for purchases where the files have clearly been used in a project, or where sharing the files with third parties is suspected.

For sellers

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By listing on Didot you grant us a licence to host, distribute, and deliver your files to buyers. You are responsible for ensuring your listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.

Didot takes a 22% commission on each sale. The remainder is transferred to your connected Stripe account. Payouts are subject to Stripe’s standard transfer schedule. If a buyer’s refund is approved, the corresponding payout will be reversed.

Prohibited content

You may not list content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes on the rights of others. Listings must be original work or work you have the right to sell. We reserve the right to remove any listing and suspend any account at our discretion.

Account suspension

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, including accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund system, or distribution of purchased files in violation of the license terms.

Limitation of liability

Didot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or project delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Didot operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
